My computer reads 19.0. Back when I first got it, I was driving pansy enough for it to average 23mpg for me.

I think it's possible.

We averaged 28 over 3000 miles in running a max of 68MPH = we were traveling from Texas to Washington state, and that included a good bit of mountain driving.

If we'd have driven slower we would have done better.

Wife was driving the G and I was pulling an RV - that's why were moving as slowly as we were. If it had just been the G we wouldn't have done as well.

maybe we should relocate the mass air sensor closer to the filter for the correct measurements might do some justice in the winter

Why? I'd like to hear your reason.

If you didn't know, a mass air flow meter measures the amount of air passing through cross sectional area of the meter's housing at a given time, at a certain temp. You can't trick the thing by moving it, and will most likely make your car run worse if you don't keep the same ID of the sensor housing.

A more interesting figure would be how many mpg you got while you were doing that burnout in your avatar pic?!

I'm glad you're getting good gas mileage with you coupe! I didn't buy my Infiniti with gas mileage as a consideration and seriously don't care about the cost of driving SLICK....
