When I got the car it came with a short ram which the pipe got cold as hell fast, it would get frozen, but it was an off brand so I changed it and got an Injen CAI.

Its NOT short ram, and the cold pipe does not get frozen anymore, at least not as quick at all. Any idea why this could be?

LOL WTF? Your metal intake pipe didn't freeze.

The pipe towards the back of the intake that connects to it doesn't really get that cold that fast anymore.

Is it 0 degrees Kelvin there?
Or possibly a liquid-to-air tubular intercooler built into your intake?

Intake tubing should not become "frozen". Please post a pic of your old intake.

The pipe that connects to the middle of the intake pipe would litterally be frozen in like 2 seconds if I hit the accelerator.

The new intake does not freeze that pipe. It's an Injen 93

It was not the intake tube that was frozen. It was the small pipe that connects to it that got frozen

Oh, that pipe is your AC line and yes it does get very cold if you are running your AC.

OHHHHH!!!! That makes sense. When I first got the car the A/c would constantly be on, there was no way I could turn it off unless the car was off. So is there anyway to tell if the CAI is delivereing cold air?

Your car is fine with the CAI. Most intakes are pretty much the same, maybe gain you a few hp top end, likely lose a few in the lower end. If you want performance then go back to stock setup. Looks or sound pick your choice. There is a good thread comparing gains in the intake forum.
