Hey driver community. First post here. I've always been a huge vq fan (owning a few modified maximas in the past). I've come to love the g35 coupes and now have an opportunity to purchase one. Just want some feedback if you don't mind.

Just test drove today and am total love. It's a 04 black/black coupe 6mt with 77k for 11k. Everything seems to check out with it I did a full thorough inspection for like 2 hours. Only issues are it needs the passenger window motor which I read is common. Has a small scuff in the right side of the rear bumper. A small rip in the back corner of the driver seat and the passenger side has a small tear on the seam in the middle. Other than that everything else seems clean and in working order (well the car in super dirty and needs a thorough cleaning)

So I guess my question is do you guys think this is a good deal for what it's worth? My bank is jumping on it because for some reason they came up with a book value of like 17k. So they think I'm getting a tremendous deal and at 2.99% who am I to argue?
Tell my what you guys think and sorry for the small novel

For 77k miles, sounds like a good deal to me. All of those problems are pretty common for your car; never heard about the small tear on the passengers butt crack though. No biggie. I don't pay attention to the market though, so as you said, "who am I to argue?" Just my two cents~

Thanks for your input. Every other g in my area range from 15k to 18k. I mean the paint looks like it needs a little tlc but not a huge concern at the moment. Nothing serious just the one scuff and a few scratches here and there

Welcome to DRIVER....Blackout!
Regardless of who you're buying this coupe from I'd find out what it would cost to have the seats repaired and deduct that for the asking price, rips in seats only get much worse if not taken care of. If it's that filthy you might want to have it professionally detailed top to bottom and have the scuff on the bumper buffed out! Enjoy....

I've already knocked down about 2k from his asking price so I don't think he would budge much and I also convinced him to leave in the radar detector that was there when I drove it.

First thing is to get the window motor and after that take the seats to get looked at

My only issue is I got the vin off of the window and tried to check the carfax but it said invalid vin so I'm in the process of trying to get him to send it to me again so I can see if I messed it up (assuming I must have)
