Store to sell Nismo CPV35 suspension?

Hi All,

I've been looking for a while now and can only seem to find two retailers for the G35 coupe specific Nismo S-Tune suspension kit:
RHDJapan.com
and
JapanParts.com (url copy might not work on this one)

Has anyone seen any other retailers online?

If you don't mind a used set get them off a Nismo 350Z. I sold a set for 600 shipped? Much cheaper and it should be identical.

My researching skills are failing me it seems.

Are the S-Tune kits for the 350z and the G35 coupe the same? Some data suggests that all the spring rates are identical but the small difference in drops listed could be due to a different kit (not just the standard 10mm drop of 350z->g35c). The kits are listed under different part/model numbers where ever I can actually find the CPV35 kit.

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the Nismo CPV35 and Z33 suspension kits? Is the scarcity of the CPV kit because it is actually the same thing, so US retailers don't keep both in stock?

Found a couple of posts back in 04-05 that show the G35 and 350z kits are indeed different. Sounds like the G35 kit has longer springs, probably to deal with the extra weight of the G over the Z.

I guess my original question still stands. Does anyone know of any additional online retailers to sell the G35 (CPV35) specific Nismo S-Tune suspension kit?

Thanks,

For others on the same search, I have found one more source: Nengun.com

Are you looking for it just for bragging rights? Because you can get much better performance for cheaper..

Nope, I don't care about bragging rights and Nismo name means nothing to me other than that it was engineered for my car. Looking through the suspension 'Uber Thread', Nismo seemed like a reasonable solution.

My selection criteria:
  • Drop that doesnt need extra components for correct alignment
  • Stiffer springs than my stock 06 coupe sport suspension, but still usable as DD
  • Shocks matched to the springs
  • Preferably not progressive
  • Preferably I don't need to mess with damper settings
I have no clue about how to correctly setup a suspension system and I'm concerned that I would spend lots of time and probably produce a setup worse than stock...

Thanks for the input though. Sounds like I should spend more time looking for alternatives to the Nismo.
