Idler Pulley Problem

I need help. I recently disassembled my AC idler pulley and mounting bracket to changed my drive belts because I broke the tensioner bolt. I got everything back together and now having rubbing issue on the pulley. The black plate between the pulley and the nut is rubbing on the pulley itself. I know there is a spacer in the back (with larger inner diameter) and a spacer in the front (with smaller inner diameter) and the plates that cover them. I installed the plates correctly. When I tighten the nut down, the pulley would rub against the front plate causing it to loosen when I turn on the engine. Am I missing something? Another spacer perhaps?

Nevermind. Solved it by adding a washer between the plate and the front spacer to provide clearance.
