what lugs would look good...

Album of car here...

that's my ride. it's DG.

i'm thinking i want my lugs to be the only splash of color on my car.

i'm not necessarily looking for a color suggestion per se, but a style of lug. i see lugs online that are "extended" and "open" and "closed" but i'm not sure what would be best.

the OEM Rays have some pretty deep lug holes, and i'd kinda like the lugs to be semi flush to the top of the hole, but not stick out really far.

color suggestions are welcome too.

I would say some black extended lugs would be the only option imo. Your car looks way too stock to be using different colors I think...

Stock? Its lowered, spacers, nismo poly, gialla grill, clearcorners.com headlights, Ledmarkers.com corners with the blinker mod.

Pretty far from stock.

I was thinking black, but I think I want a color. And whichever color I pick its gonna be on the lugs and on a Z engine cover with polished Plenum and such.

^ I'm guessing he means your car basically looks stock :P.

But, what do you like? Blue, red, teal, pink, purple? Pretty much any color would look good on a dg

What lugs would look good....any lug that doesn't distract attention away from the overall appearance of your coupe. Best advice, keep what you have and pay attention to keeping your wheels spotless and your tires very black!

Maybe a cobalt blue or i think neo chrome looks good with anything ,maybe a little better on a black wheel . The neochromes made my iforged's look even more sick

Btw got any installed pics of the markers ?

Yeah Chris, those are them right there.

And my tires are nice and black and just semi gloss. Dunno why it came out looking like they haven't been attended to. Probably the camera phone, not the best in the world.

I was considering only black, silver and chrome/polished metal for the car, but I'm leaning towards that one little touch of color idea.

And as for looking stock... aside from a trunk or widebody kit and 4k worth of wheels what else is there left to do? no CF going on this ride. Maybe some stick on roof and hood scoops? I KEED.

When I get home I will check out the ones mentioned and see what's up. Thanks for all the ideas!

Ok, the muteki ones say they have a tapered bottom and not to use on factory wheels. But my lugs are tapered.

I really like those burning blue ones.

Only thing really noticeable is the nismo front and grill, lights aren't very big mods, and even with the spacers and drop you aren't anywhere near an aggressive stance. Hence why I don't think a color that indicates aggressiveness or sporty really fits. Now if you had a more aggressive stance, sides, different trunk or rear, hood, wheels, or even maybe a more aggressive front it would be a different story.

It's only my opinion though, I don't have to look at your car so just do what you want.
