Serious bikers get a beater truck to haul your bike. Most trailheads are offroad a few miles anyway- what do you take your luxury car 4x4'n too? Yipes. My friend used to haul his bike on the back of his BMW, you guessed it- it came loose and put a big dent on the bumper. He wised up and bought a truck for biking..

The picture of the side profile looked like he mounted a turbo on the roof...I thought it was a new ram air design.
