Now I can afford to have others do it, who have talent..

No age limit keep on modding it just turned 20 had the car for about 6 months and didnt even start modding yet but yeah get that "im too old for modding" thing out of your mind man age is just a number.
I'm 28 and I have some rims sitting in storage from my first G35 and after coming back to the G with a 07 LP coupe I am not sure about putting my rims back on or selling them. To mod or not to mod that is the question. The G35 is good either way in my opinion.
Thinking about it how can you really be too old for cars? Its your style you like to be different. I don't even see how age is relevant, not to mention its safe to say a G35 is a sports car or sport sedan so why not question the maturity of the car? The mature thing to do is buy a civic because its low cost and good on gas for that matter. The entire subject of cars is a hobbie across all ages from childeren with diecast cars that go to the track with their parents, to the old guys at car shows with the 65 mustangs to feel too old is ridiculous. Why should you own something if you can't do what you please with it

wow. that's cool. you got a pretty late start, huh? but i swore up and down i wouldnt do anything to this car thinking there was nothing i can do to make this car better than it already is. i joined this forum and i was sucked in.. its a great feeling personalizing any car no matter what your age is. by the way, who is gary c and how old is this dude???
gary c is an active member, I'm really surprised he hasn't posted in this thread. His car is straight sex and he's around my age-49. Might be a couple of years older than me, can't remember. W/E he's a cool cat.

I don't know about that, but it's possible to have a clean DD. My 05 has 92K miles on her, driven 18K a year and she looks like this (and that's with a layer of dust on her
) I really need new pics with my new exhaust:

Why do our members want me to post here? To begin it doesn't matter how old you are, modding your ride is a personal preference. I've never owned a car/bike I haven't modded and that continues today. I'm probably more active than most guys in high school....walk my golden retriever 5 miles a day, do everything to our home. Wash and wax SLICK on a regular basis along with my wife's Vette. Play golf with a push cart that's 4K+ yards twice a week. Oh yea, I'm a Vietnam vet and took early retirement 8 years ago....figure it out yet?
