Lug nuts

Which type of lug nuts do 18inch oem wheels use? I've searched around and gotten different answers. I'm seeing:

"14mm lug holes (conical/tuner seat)"
or
Ball/radius

Or can i use either?

Any tire/wheel store could hook you up with lugs for your OE wheels, definitely not rocket science....just lugs!

It's just my friend got me tuner style lugs.
And redlude97 said in another thread that:
"all oem nissan wheels use a tapered bottom, you can use any aftermarket lug with a tapered bottom on them. That warning is mostly in regards to hondas which is a rounded seat on their OEM wheels"
And others say flat and some others says ball. So i'm really confused.
