OK well today i decided to get my intake takin care of.. I called a few places locally no one had a CAI or could have one for a while, and they also suggested not to go with one in the first place. Anyways i took my car to Palm Beach Performance at the Nissan Dealership, got the Jim Wofle Pop Charger and Z tube installed, MAN!, what a difference is sound and power. havent really had time to play around yet, as it's been raining all day long and i wash fish tailin in 3rd the whole way home.

Unlimited Tuning carbon tube and charger for me. The performance from the tube was evident with stock air box. With the charger now it sounds absolutely brutual at WOT.

I kept the air ducts in to keep the air as contained as possible

I've got the K&N Typhoon and it's great. Loud enough, and a little louder than the Z-tube and K&N filter/Pop Charger.
Either is very good but the Typhoon is way more $$$$.

my friend had the injen CAI and he did blow his engine out and spent 1k+ for it. Im just trying to say an experiance. If u really think that 65 bucks (nismo CAI = $265, Injen CAI = $200) worth to take the risk of spend 1k+ later on, then go for it.

just my 0.1 cent

i've heard the injen intake and it makes the G sound like a ferrari.. i've also heard the nismo intake sound.. it.. on the other hand.. sounded pretty weak with less of a roar... if hes going for sound i think the injen would be better
