What else should I have the mechanic get done while he installs the MD plenum spacer? Any other services or mods I should get done while the spacer is being installed that would decrease the cost of labor? I have 04 6mt coupe w/ 74k miles.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say spark plugs and maybe injectors

 

On the other hand, if it's just the spacer you're having installed, I say diy. Should take all of 30 mins

 

you can do spark plugs without taking anything off. unless you physically cannot do so, do it yourself. you will save yourself some money (for mods of course) and get more familiar with your car's engine. it's the simplest of installs to perform.

 

DIY and save some money... Its pretty easy!

When i installed the plenum spacer i did my plugs too.
