got the ob cause i wanted that black on black on black. all black everything. looks clean as fvck when waxed properly. Waxed 4 months ago last and paint still looks wet after a wash and dry. if you're getting black, get stocked up on washing mittens and car soap. youll be washing it after every 4 days or after every drop of rain, that is if you care how clean your car looks. My car HAS to always be clean inside and out otherwise i dont want to be seen in it, so i wash it at least once a week if it doesnt rain. kinda regret not getting dg. go for dg you can two tone the car much better and itll look **** if done right

i bought the set already painted off the marketplace for 210 shipped. lights, bulbs and everything. just plug and play.

i talked to my paint guy and he said he'd have done it for 50-75 bucks. but i'm a commitaphobe and didn't have the ***** to just do it so now i have two sets.

painted the OEM tails for 50-75 bucks. it's not tinted. they are sprayed with clear with some black in it.

these guys are douchers, but this gives you the idea.

http://youtu.be/00dupdNVvQM

tint looks a little hazy to me.

both sets are OEM. i have a set of normal, then i have my set of smoked. i'm torn on which i like. the red is such a nice red, but the black gets rid of any color on my car. it's all black, silver, or DG. no color anywhere.

eventually i plan on a splash of color somewhere, but that's a little ways down the road.

if it was me id keep the smoked ones on. they look ill, and the grey/black contrast looks sick.
