I don't see how any profit I make is of anyone's concern, it's something I enjoy doing because I love my cars and find the forums useful sometimes. Every day calendars sell for between $15-$20, mine is no different.

It could be, but I don't include pictures in the final calendar until I have permission from the photographer. This is why I requested that when you submit a picture, you state that I have permission to use it, and if you didn't take the picture, you have to have the photographer email me.

Here is how its been done for the past 2 years (now in its 3rd year): http://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=969192

As you can see, the process is pretty easy to follow, so if this turns into too much hassle, I just won't do it, no skin off my back.
You misunderstood my post... I don't care about the Car owners/photographers, they have no legal claim as far as I'm concerned. What I meant was that the Infiniti Coupe/Sedan Design is owned by Nissan of America. Any and all profitable ventures would need to be pre-approved by them before you'd be able to sell these legally. If Nissan/Infiniti wanted to, I'd believe they'd have an easy case against you since you are profiting from their license. It's similar to how college sports memorabilia needs to be licensed from the university it's representing. The work around would be if the name Infiniti/Nissan appears no where on the calendar and all photos have the emblems removed or blurred. Essentially, you're taking a trademark and re-selling it for your own personal gain.

But... the odds of anyone noticing is fairly slim, and so far I've seen some fantastic photo's so I may be ordering one in the future as well!

Subscribed! I'd be interested in buying once complete.

I'm loving the pictures I've seen so far. I would like to see Marcus Cooke submit some, as I've seen some really good pictures from him.

Wow, you guys b!tching about the legality of this sure know how to make something simple and fun into a complicated mess. It's a custom car calendar for christ's sake, there's millions of them out there. If you don't like it or think it's violating some international law and the FBI is going to hunt you down, simply don't participate.

It's the people who run this site that HAVE to make sure that not only THEY don't get in trouble, but to help protect their members as well. It's not about "participating". It's about looking out for each other and keeping out of trouble.

Ask and you shall receive, these are from my shoot with Marcus a couple of weeks ago when I was in Cali.
