I still don't see whats so bad about the interior in our cars. Is the leather not "luxurious" enough for yall? And the Bose system sounds better than most other stock systems.

Easy. G Coupe

The G coupe is one of the most aesthetic cars made. If one didn't know anything about cars, they'd be surprised that this beauty only pushes 280hp.

The A4 looks like a glorified civic (in b4 g35c is a glorified altima. no). Nice car. But aesthetic wise, the G > A4

@ guy above me: the interior feels cheap. it may be leather, but it doesn't necessarily mean anything. My interior trim in the back seats are peeling off, the bose is nothing special. no base. if its over 18 in volume the speakers/everything rattles e.t.c.

i wouldnt get an a4, to be honest i think the only audi id buy (besides a r8 v10) is an s5 because the normal a5 is slower then our cars. but even then id have to be forced to buy an audi because i think they're ugly, i dont like the way audi styles their cars. a g35c looks 27840537x better then the a4 IMO
and as for everything else interiorwise in the G35 its not the best, but its nowhere near the worst either. only complaints i have are the sound system and the rattles in the interior

i would have to disagree with u on that point, the newer e92 m3 is a lovely looking car, better looking then our Gs yes, but id still have to say that the mercedes c63 amg is even better looking

Audi has been know for reliability issues, but the B8 A4s have been far superior to previous models when it comes to reliability.

I have a G coupe and a B6 A4 1.8tQ ultrasport edition and it has its quirks. But if you're a DIYer, maintenance is just the same as a G.

Also. When it comes to a maintenance standpoint, there is almost ZERO third party OEM replacement parts for the G that are quality.

Audi on the other hand, has three large third party OEM parts companies that make high quality stuff...even further making maintenance less harsh on the wallet.

In my opinion, the only thing the G has that is better than Audi is the power and exhaust note.

In 2004 my G and my A4 had identical price tags for the options and Audi gave you much much more for what you spent.

And...at 134k miles the only problem my Audi has had was a faulty cooling fan controller. $125 part and 15 minutes to change it yourself.

My G??? I have a rather large list of things that broke or wore out prematurely...But then again, no two cars are the same.

But based on my personal experience with both cars, I would choose Audi over the G hands down.

i like the audi sedans with the really deep exhausts who like to drive like douchebags through my neighborhood. its always nice to see their shocked faces in my rearview mirror on the freeway.

that being said, the A/S5 is a sexy car

Agreed, Audi is a great car, and the Bose stereo is a joke in our cars. I'll say it (and I'll probably get flamed but I dont really care) but my stereo in my 04 Neon sounded better.

lol. Those of you who are saying Bose sucks have your sound expectations set a little too high. Either that or you got some defective speakers in your coupes cuz mines sound awesome.

OP, I considered the exact same 2 cars when buying. IMO you really can't lose either way. They are both beautiful sport/luxury cars.

I chose a 2007 GC because I love the way the coupe looks. The Audi is nice too - but the Infiniti's look is timeless. It may be a 2007 but I'm sure that most people who aren't enthusiasts mistake it for a 2011 or 2012 lol.

My only regret in picking the G over the A4 is that the interior and trunk space is a lot smaller that I had expected. I have a hard time fitting my hockey bag in the trunk and can no longer go mountain biking unless a friend picks me up. Luckily I usually drive either alone or with wifey only so its not too big of a deal.

I have been in an S5 with bose and it didn't sound much different then my G, one thing is I will give the audi with the built in "sub" that the G's don't really have but our stock bose is still better then a Z's (My brother had a Z and was surprised at how much better my stock system sounded then his)

Although an S5 is a sexy beast, I just wish we would get the RS5 in the states, had a chance to drive one when I lived in Germany and I must say I nearly cried when the drive was over and I had to leave the car.

Since the first time I saw the 2002 A4 I've always kind of had a thing for Audi, but when it came to buying my G they really weren't even a factor to me. Nowdays I just think of them as glorified VW's.
That having been said, I'm not a fan of our sedan counterparts at all, I just can't handle that door bumper - think it makes them look like Civics.
As for Bose and the interior, I still haven't changed out my system cause I don't mind it. And my car has zero rattles

G's the way to go.

I dont have any rattles at all either, but Ive been in the passenger seat of a few Gs and trust me, rattles creaks and pops are there. Its all a matter of time till you start noticing a little somethin here and a little there. Just wish our doors didnt sound so hollow and cheap when you shut them.
