Hi everyone.. Her is a quick video of the car on it's final dyno pass...the ugly guy is me... tuner / wiring guy / fab etc..

296 rwhp uncorrected in our Florida weather. Dynojet 5K roller. Started at 278 rwhp before tuning.

To quickly answer some questions about the wiring .. Took me a good bit of time as I mapped out every wire from the 2 ecus and figured out where the major differences were in terms of power routing, interface pin locations on the body plugs of the efi harness etc. I could have made it work quickly by just powering up the ecu with ignition, battery, ground, can comm; but I wanted to make everything work... from the evap system to the cruise to factory fan control etc...

The ONLY thing that does not communicate correctly between the 03 BCM and the 07 ecu, is the key registration process. You just use Uprev to disable the nats. Otherwise you are left with changing the whole entire body harness so that you can run a 07 BCM.

I will be doing a writeup on my early 03 sedan going from the old unflashable ecu to newer style ecu / harness. I recently did this for a customer in the same capacity as the above project, and believe it or not, this was a harder task than the HR motor.
