Where did you mount your gauges?

SEARCH gauge pods or gauges, you have several options. I've wanted to install gauges for several years but could never find exactly what I wanted. So I went with the A-Pillar and just two gauges, oil pressure and volts. Finally painted the pod to match my headliner and installed them. It's too cool knowing what goes on under my hood, battery was dead one morning but I knew I was putting out 13.5 volts so it was the battery not my altenator....Gary

The voltage gauge reads who many volts the alternator is putting out, since it was 13.5 I knew is wasn't the alternator but the battery at fault....isn't that what is posted? Location for your gauges s/b in line with your OE gauges cluster or close, you don't need to be in search of your gauges when driving.

highest and best use for an ATI gauge pod: spare parts.
i made this last week out of my stock steering column cover and the gauge holders from an ATI gauge pod i found online. the ATI gauge holders are just screwed on, so you can remove them easily and attach them to your better-fitting OEM steering column cover. i like this much better than my old boy-racer a-pillar gauge pod holder.

Hmm... I remember seeing a red G35 coupe back in '08 at the dealership in my state (Kirkland, WA) and I was admiring it (this was the day I got my G) when an employee interrupted his phone conversation to yell out to me saying "Yes, it's turbo'd. It's..." one of the employees', or something like that. The gauges were mounted on the center console around where the shifter is, and I think some were around where the radio was, too. I can't recall too clearly, because I felt awkward having the guy watch me, so I didn't stay to admire too long.
