Supposedly the dome and door light for 06 g35 coupe is the DE3022 but why is it that wheni bought the DE3022 it doesnt fit. it seems a little to big for it. On the above picture one of the lights look slightly smaller. is there a de3022 mini version or something?

 

I am not sure, but if you just buy from the vendors here online, you'll be just fine, since vendors here are kind of G35 specialists. It's probably just the LED board/pattern that is giving you trouble; the two connects seem to be the right size and shape. I think those would fit just fine in the dome lights up top.

 

Those are DE3022, it's just that the board is too big to fit.

Same thing happen to me but the ones that you have will fit in the dome.

 

base on that ebay description there is 31mm-35 mm. i think that is the reason why mine didn't fit. seems like the door light is the smaller 31mm version
