OP, awesome DIY. Not a huge fan of blacked out tails, although I did darken my tails up a bit on my OB coupe. I tinted my tails a sort of dark red when I did them, but left the reverse lights unpainted. The cherry red tails are too loud on an OB coupe IMO.
