please put the price and where you got it from, I want to get a setup for my G, It was pretty scary driving in snow in chicago in the G..
thanks

What didnt you understand about the term "sport coupe" is what the Infiniti dealer told me when I asked about the Pilots.
If you have the Michelin Pilots, they are SUMMER tires and are 100% dangerous and useless in ANY amount of snow. Dont think you can "get by" with the Pilots, trust us you cant.
If you plan on driving the G in the winter you will have to invest in a good set of snow tires (different rims are reccommended). Check out the Blizzaks LM22's from Tire Rack or similar.
There is plenty of information on this forum as well as the other resources below.

I lucked out and had my Blizzak LM-22's mounted on Saturday, just in time for the snow monday morning!
Last year me and the G35 were living in sunny SoCal, so didn't have to worry about these things, but thanks to a job change, I'm in cold and snowy NY. I bought the snow tires based on the recommendations of members here, a colleague with the same car who told me how horrible the car is in the snow with the stock tires, and the owner's manual. The basic message was if you drive the G35 with the Pilot Sports in the snow YOU WILL DIE.
Well, I never got to try the Pilot Sports in the snow, which I guess is a good thing. But I can say that the G35 with the Blizzak LM-22's handles the snow GREAT! I was really impressed with the traction these tires provide in the snow. I've driven RWD cars in the snow before with all season radials and performance tires, and I know what kind of a nightmare they can be.
With the LM-22's on, I can drive my G35 in the snow with no worries. The tires are expensive, but well worth it, IMO. Its just a cost of driving this car in a snowy climate. Its not an option, its a requirement.

i just bought my blizzak lm22's this past saturday too.
did me well on monday when it hardly snowed.
now that i have the tires, SNOW MORE DAMN IT!
i drive to long island from jersey everyday for work so it sucks, these might last me two seasons if i'm lucky.
got mine done at a local place by rt 4 in northern jersey called ETD Discount Tire
tires went on my stock 18's and wow rubbers are so expensive.
4 blizzaks + mounting + balancing + insurance came out to around $1190
i was gonna build a new computer but i think i'll hold out a month or two.
smaller rims would've been better but i plan on putting on 19" rims and potenzas in the spring. i'm eventually gonna buy a jack and switch during the seasons.
how many miles do these blizzaks last around? i have a 50 mile round trip everyday for work?

This year I put on Dunlop Winter Sport M3 tires w/17" rims......It should make my winter travel alot less stressful
