^+1 It's all about your tastes and preferences. I personally would get a bumper instead if money wasn't an issue.

 

IMO some lips look good some look like crap and the same goes with bumpers, which lips and bumpers are you comparing.

They come unpainted. So you can paint it any color. Or some places offer a painting services.
