OK, so i have a nismo front, an inven front, an ironing board trunk and a hikkatadori trunk. 05 DG coupe...presently the inven and HD trunk are black.

debating on the best combo and if i should just get everything painted and swap it out when i feel the need or if i should "commit" and sell the pieces i don't use.

i have a gialla grill. and a "roof spoiler" in DG. i think i would lose the roof spoiler if i went with the HD trunk.

my buddy, who went insane and sold his G for a Z (it's an HR, but it's no excuse) is where i got the trunk and inven from. so i don't really wanna "copy" his style, BUT he got the inven first which is why i didn't wanna get it and be "twins." my nismo front has really really grown on me.



just looking for some input. opinions. thoughts. any of that stuff will be welcomed.

 

Sell me the Nismo front so you and your friend can be gay together..

OEM Sport is the best front

 

Options are always best but check out your budget first it isnt cheap.. And I would say get some ss if your rocking the inven.

 

Inven and HD trunk. And not to be rude, but the nismo front isn't really unique either, lol.

 

Silencer makes a great point. You're worried about copying your friends "style" when the Nismo front is easily the most popular bumper, and you love it. Still, if you love it, then you love it. When you build your car, you want to be able to park, walk into whatever building you're at, turn back to look at it, and just love it. Not park, walk into whatever building you're at, and look around to see if anyone loves it.

With that said, Inven Front, snowboard trunk.

Well, the thread creator was the one worried about being original, not Silencer.

 

Wait wait wait. I'm not worried about being "original." I must not have made my point. My first choice was an inven. But my buddy already had it. He SOLD his G. We were the only 2 modded coupes in town...now there's only 1...so I can rock whatever I want. That's where I got the parts.

That being said, I'm asking for opinion because I don't know what looks cool IN PERSON. All you Left Coasters have seen 100 times more parts in person than I have. Seriously, I have seen 1 other front, outside of my buddies front, sides, and trunk. That's all I've seen in person.

So that's why I ask, more "research" than a "tell me what to do guide" before I get stuff painted.

I think the Inven front, HD trunk, and no roof spoiler would look , just my .02.

 

Your coupe looks great, love the Nismo front bumper! Keep it clean, have the HD trunk lid painted/installed and dump that funky roof spoiler....she'll be perfect! Now you can sell all those extra parts and start lookin for some rad wheels....

What roof spoiler do you have? I've seen bulky ones that I don't like so much, and some more subtle ones that look great. I like Inven front more than the Nismo because it's meaner looking, but no doubt the Nismo front also looks great. However, you might look silly with the Inven front and OEM sides; You might want to get sideskirts if you want to successfully rock the Inven. Maybe not; I haven't seen it in person, but it seems like the front would be drastically lower. I find the HakkataDori trunk to be boring; but if you enjoy the spoiler-less look, that is much better than an empty OEM trunk.

I might be interested in your roof spoiler if you're willing n_n
