Help installing paddle shifters on an electric tilt 05 coupe steering wheelst

I have been told its not possble. However, theres always a way around stuff. So, has anyone ever installed a Works Bell Paddle shifter on an electric tilt steering wheel while adding on an aftermarket steering wheel?
