My "Gay" comment could very well be a compliment. I might love me some men, and perhaps I love the color matching.

Point is, I think it's gross, but I'm not saying it's wrong. Didn't tell him to change it, like others. Just not my taste. Take it as you may.

yea im personally not that crazy about them so when i get some free time ill be taking them apart and painting them all black. POSSIBLY make just the projecter part white but havent decided

 

This is what I did with mine. Just an idea you might like to try. I've seen people leave that projector area chrome, or color matched. It definitely stands out and looks pretty aggressive, but a little funky. Black headlight housing should look great either way, since you'll have the matching grill. If you do leave the projector area white, I think it has potential to look really sick if you paint the emblem on the grill white as well.

That's true about the white emblem on the grill complimenting the white projector , I haven't thought of that but it sounds like it would look pretty sick.. I might have to do this real soon now lol. When i do ill post the pics of it up.

I think it looks great. Just my opinion, but I am glad we are all different. Otherwise the world would be an incredibly boring place.

I never understood the whole "hide your license plate" thing. Thousands of people see mine daily...

 

not to derail, but are you guys pulling them apart by baking them and painting the insides? i would love to do something like this rather than tint them, i have an 04 with stock headlights.

 

Meh, they look okay. Personally, I think the blacked out lights are played out too! I think chrome looks best especially with a retrofit!
