Guys, if you don't have a Skyline, dont put skyline badges on your car. That is like some BMW 330 sticking on "M3." Geez.

I saw a hardtop Eclipse with a Spyder badge on it and a "Type R" Civic. Posers. And a sedan Skyline? Well I think that pretty much takes the cake.

Sorry.....but I think your opinion is like they say.......it stinks!

It is not the same thing as a 330 w/ M badges. The cars are completely different...suspension, engine and transmission wise!

GTR badges are not correct, but the G35 Coupe is the same exact car as the Skyline 350GT mechanically, minus the right hand drive.

I'll badge mine any way I want!

It cheapens the real skyline. I know a guy with a real skyline imported from Japan and it drives him crazy when people think he has a rebadged G35. In my opinion, you should be proud of the Infiniti brand, but I do agree with you in that you have the right to badge your car anyway you want.

I don't understand? How does it cheapen the "real" skyline, if the G35 is a skyline? And why would someone "import" a "real" skyline from Japan, when it is exactly the same as the G35? If he imported an R34 GTR or something, I can understand... Unless he felt like he wanted to pay the $10,000+ that it would cost to import one (minus the cost of the car itself), to have one imported, because he really doesn't want the analogue clock (My old room-mate's dad owns an importing company, and imported the Skyline GTR for previous autoshows, and he said it costs about 10-20k to import the car, and that is show only, not streetable. To import it streetable, it would cost 30k+. Granted this was back in 97' or so...)

Your buddy happen to be in the US Military? If so, then shipping is free, paid for by our tax dollars.

What's wrong with a Sedan Skyline? Why don't you look here at the Nissan Corporate Web site. What's this in the Flash Movie? A sedan Skyline! If you'd rather have it in english, look here and look under sedans in lineup. Then click on Skyline.
