Function and Form Type II's help.

I posted that thread in the Brakes and Suspension section, but its pretty slow moving, and I'm hoping to get this done asap. Can anybody read the last post by me on there and offers me some guidance?? Greatly appreciated!

Go back they've already answered your question for you...it needs to be drilled out!

Thanks for the response Gary, but if you look at the last post I posted there, I have them installed but I have a question about he dampening. I bought them used and they didn't have he manual or anything so I don't know which way to turn the knob (towards the + or -) in order to make the ride softer. I'm bouncing all over the road from little bumps b/c they're to firm right now.

easy common sense here...move them all the way clockwise...see how it feels and then work your way the other direction keeping up with the clicks

Eskimo10 Nov 12, 2011 09:54 AM

Thats what I'm going to do if know one can tell me which way is firm and which way is soft, but the rears are just a pain in the butt to do, hence why I was asking for guidance before doing this.

Clockwise is stiff, counter-clockwise is soft.

Meh, turns out I don't like the F&F rears on any setting..went back with OEM's. Thanks for the input!

Too rough? Did you make sure your preload was set correctly?

VeRDE35 Nov 15, 2011 04:27 PM

Are you the one selling these on craigslist in Austin?

Eskimo10 Dec 9, 2011 05:21 PM

Sorry for the late response, but no I'm not in Texas, so I would not be selling them in Texas haha.
