Ah damn thats the 3rd time i get charged with a rear bumper on here lmao

I wanna do something slick looking with the "clearance strip" which is why i was gonna retrofit on some 03-05 but thats reallyyy hard to do. Have most of the materials and im gonna need some custom brackets and all that. Not the easiest thing to do haha

Honesty you're better off retrofitting the oem 06+ lights. Looks better and isn't that much more expensive. I bought oem projectors just to do this and I've never looked back. Everyday people stare at my ride. Even when it's parked. I like the halo leds in front of the projector because thats why catches the people's eyes when car is parked.

That's exactly way I wa going to do. I was also going to make my shrouds red. But I didn't have any other red on my car so it wasn't gonna look good. So I passed on that.

With my iPhone pics I can't take night shots. It pretty much blinds the screen lol

haha nope he doest. For the drilling just be sure to be right on the money. Honestly this couldn't be that hard if you got the right tools. I don't have **** when it comes to tools so i let him do it. He did a hell good job. But if you are doing the lens mod be sure to get spot on fitment or the bracket inside the housing will be touching an LED on the strip. That burnt out one of my leds. Since one burnt out 4 didnt work because they are in a series of 4. We put a new led in and got this tape and put it over the less where the bracket makes contact to give it enough cusion and it did the trick.

Gotcha. I dont have any tools either but im sure i can get ahold of a drill and maybe a dremel haha. Ill probably just leave the clear lens of the turn signal thing on there how it is though. Just ned to get some creativity done here ha

Actually if you are leaving the blinker alone you can add halo leds there to. I can't because i have a projector there and i have no place to put the leds. I didn't think it all the way through lol But I'm happy with the results. Im sure i can make some modifications and get the leds in there. make sure you get a hold of a heat gun to lol you might be taking apart those headlights more than once to readjust the leds lol

Probably haha. Damn. Ill probably just put it all back together to the the bezel and not put the lens on till it looks ok. You should definitely take some night shots though whenever you can. You think maybe i could use the bezel from the 03-05 on top of the housing of the 06-07 so i can keep the clearance strip? Ill have to confirm that
