Quote: like i said fiber needs adjustment after the purchase to make it fit so if you spend more for a poly front on the front end you wont have the extra costs on the back end.

Good luck

Quote: The parts come out of the same mold if they're f/g or poly.

Sorry but FG molds and Polyurethane molds are totally different. One is for manual or chop strand lamination, polyurethane are reaction injection molds, and are two sided. Just felt this needed to be clarified.

Quote: I bought a fiberglass front and it came green. After I painted it OB and drove around a little bit it started chipping and by the end of the summer looked like a speckled alien.
I never understood why some manufacturers do that. I agree that it's a very bad idea. that's why we only make parts in black or grey.

It will depend on the quality of the part.

Here's some very old pics of the FG sides when we test fitted them on my G, and a couple of more of the CF side skirts.

I really don't have any more FG pics, but the parts were flush, just not color matched.

do ya think it's necessary to have a poly chargespeed rear if my car is gonna be pretty low and daily driven or will fiberglass do just fine?

Thanks I won't make that mistake again....^....! Members post go with F/G it's easier to fix....but if you buy poly you won't need to fix it! Something to think about....Gary

thanks for the info guys I'm leaning towards fg. I'm thinking the rear bumper doesnt take as much damage as the front or sides. Silencer_0 do you have fg sides or poly? if fg how do those hold up?
