Twilight Blue Coupe New Owner

Hi everyone just wanted to introduce my friends new G.

its a 2004 twilight blue coupe. a very rare breed left in the coupe colors.

im an active member on the forum and a G driver so ill be getting info on the G coupe and the engine mods and other info that you guys all post on here.

it only has 50k miles and is in pretty clean shape. had the car for 2 weeks now, and started the modding

20% high performance tint all around and stillen z tube and stillen intake.

mod list to come is mosly bolt ons, hfc and catback im thinking of fast intentions, and then a plenum spacer of some sort, and possibly headers and a tune.

also some lightweight wide wheels and tires and a suspension upgrade next summer.

a couple quick pictures just to say hello.

Nice car but here's what I don't understand. Is your friend not interested in sharing his journey with us? If he's a forum n00b, teach him the ropes and let him enjoy the interaction on here. If he's not interested then why would you want to report on someone else's car?

I'm not hating, far from it, just trying to understand the mindset. This is the third thread I've seen lately from people posting their friends info, just don't understand the logic. You know what they say; give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime............

my friend is a female. and she is not interested in the internet and does not see the point of talking about a car to randome online people.
she is however into nice cars and doing upgrades and not keeping the car stock.

when you said you dont see a point in people talking about other peoples cars well i dont know about them but i know as far as myself being a car fanatic and especially a infiniti fanatic, i like to talk about the car and learn more about it. also getting ideas and whatever else as the modding begins, so i thought that a intro to the g community of another car that will be a part of this forum.

if theres is a local g/z meets i would be the one checking out the forums and letting her know and not the other way around.

Now I know the thought behind the post, thanks for the explanation and I hope she enjoys it. You might want to encourage her to at least check out Driver, she might enjoy it and who knows, she might actually become a member. We have some awesome ladies that are members here that love the forum. Just a thought.
