I'm 6'1" and 260lbs. My stature is that I have shorter than average legs with an obviously longer torso as a result.

My head gets a little close to the top - I only have about half an inch (but there is a mod that allows the seat to lower slightly more - but I have yet to perform it). Leg room behind me is tight, but not unusable, but I rarely use my back seats for anything other than a place to toss my jacket.

The seats aren't exactly the comfiest, but they aren't the worst.

I'm exactly your height and weight and have more than enough room. Unless your 6'6 or taller, you will have no problem. Besides, 6'1 isn't even tall nor is 185 lbs heavy.

I'm 6'1" and 250lbs. At first i tought the same thing... but once u play around with the seat u will be fine. I have mine at the lowest position and not so reclined since i don't like driving like a Cholo in da Hood... but not close to the wheel either... just find the proper Recline level and u will be fine.

6'3 250, I drive my car for long trips, around 3 hours or 5-7 depending on where I am heading... After about 3 1/2 my knees start to feel it... But its pretty comfortable around town.

I'm 6"2', 220 lbs and my G is my DD - I have no issues with it. Yes, the seats does go a bit far back, but who cares about passengers.

HOWEVER, if you'll be taking long road trips in the car (let's say 3+ hours of straight driving) you will feel very fatigued. Infiniti seats aren't very supportive to begin with - I've sat in my IS for 5 hours straight and not a single crick in my body.

As Revo mentioned, overall height is not the whole issue (back when I was in the Air Force they measured your sitting height to determine if you could be a pilot). I'm 6'4" but I'm long wasted....uhm, waisted that is. So headroom is an issue for me in my coupe w/ sun roof. I can get it configured so that it works but it has to be just right. There is also an adjustment that you can make that will allow the rear of the seat to go down a tad lower. I made the adjustment but probably got less than 1/4" benefit.

Legroom is also tight. Again, just enough to operate the clutch and heel-toe. A little more would have been nice, but then I would have needed the steering wheel to extend further.

I was very worried that I would not be able to fit with a helmet on, but I do. Barely and it does touch the roof sometimes.

As far as long rides, I'm as comfortable in my 06 coupe as in my 07 G35x. Maybe more so, even thought the X has way more headroom. The big comfort difference is that the coupe (which has the sport suspension) rides rough and is way noisier than the X. The ride quality, from a comfort stand point, is superb in the X and sucks in the coupe. The coupe is much more suited to the track though.
