New to the G

Hy guys! I just recently got my 03 g35 5at with 65k for 13,500$ not to long ago. I know I know it's no 6sp but it was pretty much all I could get. I absolutely love this car! It's been my dream car for a couple years now.

So far I took off those hedious body side moldings (which left a ugly line on the paint)
I also bought JDM clear corners love those
Then I debadge the G35 in the trunk.

Is there anything else I should do to it?
Rims and a paint job are a must but I figured since its only a "Auto" that their isn't much modding to be done besides exterior things.

Thanx for the help guys..

Welcome!

Post pictures when you get the chance.

There are plenty of mods to do to an automatic it just depends on how much money you want to spend...

At least a slight drop, change the final drive gear ratio, Transgo valve body upgrade, Osiris ECU reflash, and you can always do the performance bolt-ons such as intake, headers, exhaust if you really want.

Suspension mods are always great no matter what kind of transmission your car has.

And coupes have a great option of upgrading to 06 xenon projectors. You can also do a full LED upgrade inside and out.

You can do pretty much anything to an AT you can to a 6MT, so don't let that hold you back.

Congratulations! Low miles for a 2003 model...sounds like a good deal.

Having an auto is a very bad reason to not mod the car. Almost all gains are similar/identical from things you upgrade on either transmission car.
I have an auto and still race people all the time. I have beaten more than a few 6MT G's.

Interior wise you can replace your lights with LED lights... looks really nice and bright! easy to do and cheap!
