my infiniti dealer gives me so much ****. miami warren henry infiniti. they question everything about the car like why my tires are blad they claim i race and all this bs . they even tell my mom i speed. which i do but not one ticket so tehy got no proof. what do tehy see when they look into teh car and check everything out on the computer?

They didn't want to fix his transmission because they claimed he didn't know how to shift properly. The issue was he "skipping gears such as 4-6.
They ended up fixing it after a lot of trouble.

what does the dealership see when they hook your car up to the computer? can they see how many times you redline and etc?

 

My last visit, the short version. Took my car in because MIL light had been on for 3 days but went off when I pressed the hazards which didn't work. They say that no error code was stored in the ECU, so I tell them that the ECU is malfunctioning because it is supposed to return the last error code/cause for the MIL. Few days later I'm dealing w/ consumer affairs and he tells me that the ecu is no longer covered under warranty because the dealer has discovered that I "downloaded some software from the internet onto my ECU". Of course I point out to consumer affairs that the dealer is not only lying to me, but to Infiniti NA as well. Whatever,the dealer then comes back and says there was an error code stored in the ECU. Allegedly it was "something in the guage cluster" which is no longer under warranty because " I had been tampering with things in there." What a crock. Did I mention my bumper was cracked at the dealership, and my NAV is screwed up. So bummed. They totally ruined the g35 high I was on for the last 16 months. It's just not the same anymore.

 

did you do anything to the ecu for them to say that? have you done any electrical mods to the car like ground wires or anthing like that? i read somewhere on this board that ppl had done some kind of chane to the wiring on the bumper lights and it was causing some problems...

 

Does my infiniti dealer give me head? Yes. Sorry but that's seriously what I thought this thread was about until checked it out . My dealer is great and basically eats out of my hand. You really have to play hardball with these dealers because most of their customers will believe anything they say.

You really need to get tough and tell them you'll take your business elsewhere. On several occasions I have spoken to the GM of my dealer and explained that I'm a 23 yr old male who stands to buy many cars in the future but where I buy them depends on how well he treats me. He'd be stupid not to comply. Now the only people I deal with at my dealer are the General Manager and the Service Manager, you are the customer and you're supposed to always be right, don't let them forget that.

A While Ago, And Excuse My All Caps, I'm Just Sick Of Them (whi), I Posted What A Bunch Of @$$holes Work At Warren Henry Infiniti. Heres My Story:

I Walk In And Inquire On An '05 6mt Coupe. The Stupid @$$ Salesretard Tells Me I "have To Order The Car W/ Options, And Claims There Is No Such Thing As A 'base 6mt (aka Only Standard Features)". I Tell Him That That Is Bs, And Point Out How On Ininiti.com, They Have The Car W/ No Options. I Then Ask If They Have Any Year 6mt Used Or New To Test Out, Since I Have Never Driven The Car. He Tells Me They Have None, And Even If They Did, I Can't Drive One Until I Am Ready To Sign For It. He Chuckles And Calls Over His Buddy, And In An Effort To Try And Make Me Look Stupid, He Asks Him About The 'base 6mt', And To His Disbelief, His Buddy Tells Him "of Course There Is A Base 6mt. He Can Order The Car However He Wants." So, I Then Ask That Guy If They Got Any 6mt On The Lot To Test, And He Was Like "yea, We Have 1 '04 Left, But You Can't Tst It Out Until You Are Ready To Buy It." So I'm Like (already Fuming) "wtf, Am I Supposed To Buy A Car I Have Never Driven?" And I Turn Yo My G/f And Tell Her In Front Of The Two Morons "i Must Have Left My 'im An @$$hole-who-likes-to-get-ripped-off T-shirt On." I Turn Away And Walk To The Receptionist's Desk And Tell Her To Tell Warren Henry To Keep Up The Good F**cking Work, And Give Her The G Coupe Brochure I Had Gotten.

you should have told him you're ready to buy. after you drove the car you tell the sales *** hat that you can't make a deal for what ever color they have. then walk away and go to another dealer. easy.

 

do you know the name of the salesmen, i go to warren herry all the time, i have a 05 6mt on order since aug., the first time i ever went in june, they offered me to test drive a 04 coupe 6mt, i got to drive it for almost 20 min, i was treated with much respect, and gave me very little bs, much less than what i got at infiniti of light house point

 

what he meant by "ready to buy" was approved credit and all paperwork filled out. nope i dont remember the name of the salespeople. any other infiniti dealer i called they told me to go on over for a test drive. im gonna take neffster's advice and check out lokey infiniti, even if they are quite a ways from miami.
