Transmission noise?? HELP

Hello all g35's driver, I have a situation that is driving me crazy. My g35 is making a weird whining noise around 10-15mph in first gear, so after i let the car roll for a bit it continue making that sound until i put it in neutral and the sound is completely gone. Here i have a video that i recorded trying to catch the sound but its REALLY hard to hear, you have to really pay attention and listen to the video. The part that I can really hear the sound in this video is towards the end between 28 - 31 seconds listen carefully.

I cant watch the video on my work computer but I'll say some things I know our cars tend to do.

Whats the temp out when it does this? Does it do this all the time even if you've been driving for a while? Our transmissions are known to be noisy when cold, but once they warm up the noise goes away.

If you have a manual does it stop when you push the clutch in? If so it could be the throw out bearing going bad. Like I said I cant watch your video so I dont know what car exactly you have.

I just watched your video and cant' really make out any abnormal sound in the timeframe that you specified. So it only does it in first gear, regardless of how warm it is outside or if your car has been being driven for an hour or so (which would create enough heat to fully warm the transmission up)?

How many miles on your car, and have you ever changed your transmission fluid?

Does it only do it in first gear, or all gears at that same RPM?

You mentioned it does it if you put it in neutral... but how about if you leave it in gear but just push in the clutch?

UPDATE****

My car currently has 77k miles and yes i have recently changed my transmission fluid with factory spec. Ok now for the good part, this morning i test drove my car on my way to work and the car actually makes the sound on ALL gears + neutral now this is the trippy part, when i push the clutch all the way in and then gas it there is no sound what so ever do you guys think this is a clutch problem maybe the throwout bearing is going bad?

I'd just pay attention to the noise and watch it closely to make sure it doesn't get any worse. Some cars always make a little throwout bearing noise, even with the clutch fully engaged, because the throwout bearing will sometimes spin still a little if it's close enough to the clutch assembly when the clutch is engaged.

Does your clutch disengage right near the top of its throw? If it does, it could be that the throwout bearing is not being fully released and is constantly spinning a bit, even when you have it fully in gear (clutch engaged). If that's the case, a simple clutch adjustment might resolve the issue.... but you may already have a worn throwout bearing as a result of this condition persisting for a prolonged time period.

Yeah i definately agree with you some cars do make little throwout bearing noises, but I have never heard this noise before until just a few days ago which is tripping me out. And no my clutch doesn't disengage right near the top of its throw, but do you think we can cross out the tranny as a suspect in this situation or should i be worried. I don't mind it being a clutch assembly problem but if the problem is within the tranny itself im f***.

I mean the noise goes away when i push the clutch in and give it some gas or if i just push the clutch in with no gas,but if i let the clutch out i can hear it and that goes for 1st to 6th gear as well while driving but the sound goes away as the gear gets higher.
