Yes a CAI should pass smog testing. The only thing you really can not mod to pass smog would be the cat converters with test pipes or high flow cats. Also not sure if aftermarket exhausts pass(think they would). Btw pics dont work for me.

Pics don't work.. but as long as the CAI is legal, a CAI shouldn't fail you unless you fail the visual inspection.

The intake must have a carb sticker or paperwork proving its legal. If not, then just throw the stock intake back on when you go to smog it.

Here is the back. And inside:

I ordered headers, gold rotors, brembo red calepers.
What am I missing? A wing in the back?

Those pictures have nothing to do with your ability to pass/fail a smog test...
Anyhow, what was already stated earlier, you're supposed to have a CARB sticker on an intake if its not stock to pass visual. However, most places won't check/don't really care. If a CAI is all you have, you'll pass sniffer no problem, which is what really counts.

Yes i know the pix have nothing to do it smog.. Maybe I need to be more clear for some ppl. The second thing I was was for looks, I asked if there is any more things ppl can recommend that might look good with the car(like should I add a spoiler), I was asking for opinion. No need to try and make me should stupid. Read everything before replying. I thought most ppl here were friendly.

Any smog test station I've ever been to is concerned about your sniffer test, nothing else. Once I put my OE cats back on I had no problem passing my test. Sadly my blown BERK HFCs failed because they were blown, which has something to do with the rattle I hear from the exhaust pipes on cold idle....
