Does anyone know the exact part number for this timing chain tensioner?

It's the tensioner on the left side of the engine (looking from the front) on a 2003 G35 coupe. The one right under the little access panel. I'm getting the startup slap sound and I want to see if replacing the tensioner fixes it.

Did you end up finding the part number? I am just now going through the same process. How much did it cost, and how much time did you dump into it?
