o2 Sensor Problems

Hi I am new to this site so I am not quite sure how this works, anyways this is my question. First of all, I have a 2004 G35 coupe M6. The problem started out with my car not being as responsive to the accelerator, not always though. ( Sorry if my english is bad BTW I come from Quebec city ) Yesterday the SES light came on so I went to the garage to pull the codes. P0138 was the code that is rear O2 sensor or bank 1. I have read that in the winter that code pops up and goes away when the weather gets warmer but I decided to change the o2 sensor anyway. I used a universal sensor because I did not feel like spending 200$ for oem ( They are 200$ plus tax at the quebec stealership ) . Forgot to mention that my car is all stock except for AEM Cold air intake. So on my drive back home the SES light came back on and went back to the garage to have the codes and p0138 was not there but p0132, p0152, p0158 which are all the other o2 sensors plus a p0037 which is heated oxygen sensor 2 circuit low. Anyone would have an idea on what this could possibly mean? Hope I don't have to change all o2 sensors! Would it have something to do with a bad cat or something? THANK YOU!

could be a short in the circuit, effing up the voltages. Are you handy with a voltmeter? If you were just getting that high voltage code in the rear sensor, that is a sign of an ineffective cat. Luckily, you can replace both cats with better aftermarket ones for less than the cost of a single OEM cat!

Thanks for the reply, I was actually considering changing the cats with megan resonated test pipes but I have read some bad stuff about them so I'm not so sure anymore.

Also, would a faulty cat throw all o2 sensor codes at once? I was thinking it may be a blown fuse or something, have to bring it to my mechanics tomorrow hopefully it isn't something too serious, G's are so darn expensive to repair!
