Interesting idea if quality work is being done to resemble the ipl g37. not that id do that to my G but like people said, to each his own. for worthiness of the ipl emblem id start off with making the same hp if not more so at least u can back it up =P.

When Infiniti made the G IPL, instead of the 348hp V6, they should have slapped the 5.4 Titan V8 and retune that!

The IPL division is merely for profit/brand imaging but who are they kidding, it only competes against the 335i//S4//C350/IS350. Realistically Infiniti should have launched the G IPL as an "IPL sport pack" similar to how 328i's offer "M Sport Pack" with rims/restyling/suspension/etc. It would have saved face for IPL as a brand/division...

Now I guess we have to wait for an IPL Nismo version of the G or simply IPL²

Is it just me or does the "sportier" suspension make the ipl sit super high. I saw one yesterday and was like "that's a damn monster truck"

Okay, skipping all of this pointless babble, let me explain this:

IPL G37 = Nismo 370GT in Japan

There is an "IPL" G35 in existence; Nissan also released a Nismo variant of the 350GT in Japan. The suspension, braking system and other performance upgrades made it stateside in the sport package. However, the body kit/rims did not. IPL also did not exist at this point, hence no aptly-named G35.

Ala: Skyline Nismo 350GT, or if you'd really like, an "IPL" G35:

So there you have it. All you need is G35 coupe with the sport package, Nismo bumper/side skirts/rear bumper/JDM spoiler, some Rays rims, and a tacky Nismo pinstripe, and you'll be set. It should only set you back about $7,000 (maybe up to $25,000, if you don't already have a sport package G35), imported from Japan. Then you can stick your IPL badge on it and let the world know that YOU are the proud owner of the world's only IPL G35.

.this kid is 23 years old and is in the army as a satellite communication operator and bought his car in December. I can see who's mature and who's not..I'm typing on my cellphone sorry IT's kinda hard to type on. Especially when there's. Is no physical keyboard and grammar/spellcheck is makes it's own corrections. I assume you are the 15.5 yo.
