Pass on both way too much miles for the price.

I got my 05, 25k miles for 18k.

it shouldnt make that much of a difference, but if theyre in nicer economies theyll charge mroe
expand your search perimeter for longer distances
a 5 hour drive is worth saving 4,000
Got my car 10 hours away haha

Hey guys I just found another deal it's 9 hours away it's a 2005 black G 6mt with 86k miles but he had his longblock replaced at dealership and the motor currently has 15k.. He's selling it for 12.9k but it's negotiable what do u guys think? Should I hop on this immediately or wait around

Yeah if there is an extended warranty and he has proof of longbock replacement then I would definitely go talk to him

All 3 are way overpriced. I would always go for the lower priced car.. but price all depends on area as well. My area is known for being a little more expensive then what people think on here. I got my 06 6mt 67k for 17k.. but it has extended warranty until mid next year and he has all records of maintenance. With all options minus the splash guards and sat radio (which I won't use anyways) and exactly the color combo I wanted.. I just went for the deal. Till this day, I have not seen a better deal in my area.

You just have to really scope out CL and other auto dealers and just get a feel for the price this car is for your area and then hop on one that is a deal. I've looked for over a year and finally found this deal. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. Patience is key. The seller wants to sell his car more than you want to buy it. And that goes 2x with dealers. Don't make the mistake of wanting the car more than they want to sell it to you. You're only bound for bad deals that way.

Use edmunds.com to get an idea of the value with mileage - you'll see the autotrader listings aren't far off. 100K with service records from the owner or a dealer printout would be fine if you get it inspected at the dealer and it's OK.

Note that at 110,000 there is a spark plug replacement due.

edmunds seems to be a bit off. they expected private party to sell their 05 6mt coupes with 50k miles for 12k range lol i dont see this ever happening
