What do i need to retrofit stock nav?

When I bought my car, it came with the nav screen installed (so it already looks oem), the dvd player, and i think two wiring harness'. But he said something about the car not originally coming with nav so i assume he was trying to retro fit

What do I need to make this work? Or am i better off just selling it and buy a double din? I prefer oem look if i can make it work.
Its on an 06 coupe btw

OEM navi sucks, your better off parting and selling it and going with an aftermarket DD unit

I would think that a project like that would require a lot of work. Better of just going aftermarket.. And as they have said.. the OEM navi isn't all that good.. haha
