It has a lot of good information regarding the pros and cons of both fiberglass and polyurethane. What it boils down to is personal preference in the end. For me, I'll take fiberglass over polyurethane.

Marketing is a helluva drug. fiberglass > poly ONLY exception is riding 1'' off the ground. Even in my avatar I'm riding CF and inch off the ground and manage.
Bought an authentic GReddy body kit and the fiberglass was so thick and such high quality I bounced it off dips and **** all the time over the course of 4 years and never had any issues.
It's when you buy cheap rip off **** that you get in trouble.
