05 6MTs are available but do not have brembos. Pretty much all of the 05 6MTs are preordered so unless you have some type of connections at the dealer it is almost impossible to test drive one.

Well at least the 1 dealership in hawaii does not allow anyone(except for the technician testing out the car) to test drive a preordered car. My 6MT came with only 12 miles on it. My salesperson told me that the 05s are a lot easier/smoother to shift than the 04s(which he did not like ). I never drove an 04 before so I would not know, but shifting is really light and smooth( which I like ).

Ok this thread needs to die already. Can an admin close it or something. Nothing productive is coming out of it.

Whats the deal here?

How can any body test drive a car that has all been pre oredered?
If somebody drives my new pre ordered car and it has -------say more than 15 miles on it. I would be pissed off big time. I have spent a lot of time trying to buy my son a new g35-6mt. I will pay cash for it and nobody cares!!!
The only car 2005 6mt I could find was at grubbs. And it was black. I do not think a infiniti dealers would let any body drive a pre sold car. I have heard a lot of people say what a great deal they got on there new 2005 6mt.
It works like this. A loaded new coupe is going to cost about $38950 Out the door. Remember taxes suck. Now for you little people out ther that say you can get a new car 2005 6mt c for $35000 is just a bunch of crap.
Do you think a salemen right now is going to give this car away. NOW FOR THE REAL PEOPLE OUT THERE. PAY your price and be happy. The wait is almost over. The car ran out of gas. Bull o lonie.

NOS GEE, you are right with most of your points... Just don't forget about VPP pricing. I have called two dealers and they both said they will honor VPP on 05 6MT's. Not that it brings the price down that much, but it is less than MSRP and certainly less than what some dealers are trying to overcharge for the car.

I'm thinking of trading in my 04.5 AT for an 05 6MT.

How much gas do the cars have in the tank when they arrive at the dealer? I always see the local Nissan dealer go and fill up the cars at the gas station next door to them when the cars arrive on the truck. I just don't see how the car the original poster test drove could have run out of gas unless it had, say 300 miles on it already.

Maybe it was a demo? I dont think they fill the gas tank up all the way, but I could be wrong.

Not to be an ***, but if you going to pick on him for his english, then you should learn too. It's not "your a dumbass" but instead it's "you're a dumbass".

This is just great!! It would be great if everybody got along. We are to be buddies here.
If I pissed somebody off IM sorry. My spelling Who cares!! I did get a call today and my new g35 6mt is on its way. My 2003 coupe is going to be just played with as time goes on.
I had my salesmen call the infiniti dealer that was giving test rides and he said It was only 2004 models and that dealer did not even have a 2005 6mt on there lot. Understand I have been trying to buy a car for my boys birthday Feb 1st. My boys car will be here Jan 23rd and we all can rest. PS i DID GET A $900.00 discount. Reading some of the forums do make me laugh out loud

Hey Nos, you need to chill out. I bought my car from that dealership and I bought an 03' off the floor early 1/03 while everyone else was pre-ordering their's. I'd take a picture of the car for you, but that would be a waste of my time... time that you are definately not worth.

And anyone who cannot spell "Infiniti" right does not deserve to have one.

Wicked

Hay little man (wicked)

Money can buy a car but it cant buy your size.
I tell you what. I do know how to spell if I feel its worth my time.
You will never know what a man is. Just hide behide your remarks and someday somebody will kick your a"s all over. If your looking for trouble you will find it. PS Infiniti is not the correct way to spell it. Its the way some marketing dept spelled it. See what happens when you cross breed!
Come to Utah and us good old boys will show you real quick what happens to a trouble maker.

I do know the correct spelling of the word Infinity. However, Infiniti is the name of the company and that's the way it should and will be used here. Why don't you try looking for parts online for your "Infinity G35" and see what you come up with... moron.
