Is it time to upgrade my fuel injectors?

My car has 187000 km on it and the last owner did hardly any maintainence. Im doing as much as i can but do you think i need to replace the fuel injectors? If so, should i
Upgrade or is it just a waste to upgrade? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

If you have a concern about your injectors find an independent Nissan mechanic and have them put thru the cleaning process. They just run cleaner thru the injectors while the car is running. How bout the rest of the maintenance, trans/diff/radiator?

i would just go to one of those cheap dyno days and get a afr ratio read out with your dyno. if the afr lines look kind of weird, then i would look more into about getting them replaced. But all name brand gasoline (chevron, shell, 76) comes with additives that keeps fuel injectors clean.
