I've actually had pretty good luck with Mother's Mag Polish on headlights. It pulls the oxidation right out. The problem is, once the factory protectant coat is removed from the headlight, it's going to continually re-oxidize in a short period of time. For me, I have to polish (one) of my headlights every three weeks or so.
