Said goodbye to the G today :(
yeah im not too sure what the culprit so burning so much gas is in these motors. I mean you expect a 300 hp car to not exactly be thrifty like a honda civic but damn i mean 18mpg city and ill say probably 22-23 hwy? for a V-6 is notably terrible
On the other hand, it could be lead foot as well. I average 22 mpg overall every tank.
I haven't checked personally, but I've seen other people on here saying 75k. That seems like a long time for spark plugs to me. You'll know when your spark plugs are going south though. Your car will trditionally lose some of its ***** and its gas mileage.
Yeah you could tell by looking at them, but there is no way in hell I'd dig them out to check them on this car. Typically you will know. Bad plugs will hinder the performance of the car. From the tiny, tiny bit of shopping I've done, I've found NGK Iridiums for about 60 bucks. But like I said, just done a little bit of shopping around.

What are some top brand name spark plugs for our cars?
Oh I will definitely get another G at some point when it makes more sense and this is a good community, I'll be around. I'll post some pics of the new whip tomorrow
