Ive had my car for a couple months now and have about 2700 miles on it. when is the first check up? when is it the right time to get my oil change? and is there any other maintance I need later on/hank you!

 

not to be rude or anything..but all these informations should've been passed down by your dealer to you...

anyway...i believe they recommend that you go in every 3750 miles or 3 months...but i was told that you don't HAVE to....but you should at least go in every 7500 miles or 6 months...or they might void your warranty

 

I don't know if they'll void your warrenty, but its a good idea in general to give your car regular maintenance. It will keep your car running healthy and you will have a greater chance of spotting problems earlier before they become big problems.

I always recommend the very first oil change sooner than recommended as often times the engine is really dirty since its new. I did my first oil change at 1,500 miles, just last week and the oil was already filthy. I plan to do my second one in 2k, and depending on the condition of that, then I'll just change it every 3.5k from there on out.
