weird noise

weird noise

i hear this small clicking sound where my timing belts are what could this mean and is the radiator fans suppose to automatically turn on when the car starts my fans dont move, but i do need to recharge my a/c also since i changed my condensor pressure switch any inputs?

Your fans only kick on when the temp reaches a certain set point, so I guess if you just turned off your car and turned it on 5 mins later the fans would kick on if temp is still high. From a normal cold start, no.

Some of our cars have that annoying ticking noise, but I think that is mainly from the back of the engine by the throttle body. If you are sure that it is by the belts, I would check the tension on you belts. You might also wanna take a look at the pulleys for the possibility of worn bearings.

yeah im sure its by the belts, in case i need to replace the belts oem would be good or is there any other brand i able to use?, ill have my mechanic check my pulleys as well.

I like gator backs, but I think Dayco bought them out so they make them now. Oems are probably fine.
