Upper Plenum bolt broken

I tried searching but couldn't find anything. I was gonna install the iso thermal Spacer today but found out I still needed a few more things so I decided to install it another day. When I torqued all the bolts back down on the plenum. One broke. I torqued down all the others, started my car and it all still sounded normal. Is it ok to drive for a few days until I can get it fixed??

I wouldn't drive it until i get the broken bolt out. It'll be much harder to take the bolt out once the car's heated up + locktite settles. ( assuming the 6 bolts dead center )

I personally wouldnt drive it, but I have heard of people who install their spacers finding stuff already in the plenum. Proceed with caution though...

You could get away with driving it but I wouldn't drive SLICK until it was fixed correctly....but that's how I am!

I wont be at all anytime soon. Hopefully wed. since its my last day of school, my dad and I are gonna open it back up. We are hoping the other half of the screw is sticking out so we can just take it out that way. Fingers crossed!!!!

You shouldn't have any problem taking out the old screw. Since the bolt is snapped, there's probably no pressure on it, and I doubt its seated all the way down into the bottom of the bolt hole. It should just spin right out with almost no torque needed to back it out once you take the plenum off.

If it's your only means of transportation, you probably have to drive it. It's not ideal, but there are much worse things that you could drive on than that, and I doubt very much that you'll see any impact from it. The biggest thing I'd worry about would be the slight possibility of the plenum warping from the other bolts being tight and that one not being there at all. I doubt missing one bolt would make it leak enough to cause a problem(chances are it won't leak at all).

Thanks! You don't believe how happy I am to hear this! I figured if I can get the screw out ill install the Spacer. But if not I'm gonna buy the Kinetix V+ to replace the plenum and ill just sell the spacer....
