Front Bumper Hardware

Hello all,

So today I was on the highway and hit a large shredded tire. It was unavoidable. As a result, it ripped off the front of my engine splash shield, ripper off the bumper tabs and such.

I have an 06 AT with Sport front bumper and factory lower spoiler.

The question I have is, if I buy a new splash shield on ebay, will it come with the metal brackets? most I see don't have them. Also, do I have to make holes in the new splash shield and install the old spoiler myself?

Finally, there are these black Styrofoam pieces behind the bumper and one of them moved. I noticed the black clip fell off. Is there only two black clips to these things? Anyone know what size? They are not the normal size found else where.

This has been stressful having to find all the parts to replace.

Thanks
