I would recommend a Motordyne TDX V2. I just installed mine last week with ART pipes and MY F**KING GOD.. It is the most amazing sound ever! I haven't been driving super aggressive, but it has been turning heads everywhere! But if you were looking to pass inspection, I'd recommend keeping a eye out for a Motordyne TDX V1 exhaust. This version allows you to run Motordyne's HFC module. But if you are going to keep the OEM cats on, definitely go with the TDX V2. I waited for almost 2 years to be able to afford this system, and it was so worth it.. I could not be happier with it. I have always loved driving my car, its my stress relief. But now with the new exhaust setup, I cannot wait to wake up to drive it everyday. The note is absolutely intoxicating. Just my $.04 lol.

Maybe, turbos slightly muffle the sound. But you can't get much louder then straight pipes with a dual 3" setup. Whats the diameter of your exhaust? Dual/single?

I think i was one of first couple people with this setup, IT IS LOUD. I cannot think of any other setup that is louder than this. I had to switched to HKS/ART setup to reduce the sound. Driving in LA is no joke with the 5-0.

If you do not care about performance gains, remove the muffler. That will be loud enough. I don't recommend anyone going louder then that....You'd probably get pulled over. But if you want to, I guess you could remove the resonator, but when I did that it sounded like a Nascar straight pipe racing car lol.

anyways, heres a vid of my g without a muffler
its much louder in person

I'm pretty sure the V1 would be louder then the V2 w. Art's. either way their both mean sounding exhaust...even the HKS is impressive.
