Be glad she didn't. Because then you'd have to deal with that driver suing you, and having to turn around and sue her for both the damages to your car, and the person in front of you's car. It's a huge cluster...you know what.

Just be happy you walked away, and that your car could (possibly) be repaired. I'd take losing my G over losing my ability to walk any day.

Hers is.. they came out yesterday and gave me the quote.. I filed the claim through her insurance.. everything is going smooth so far.. just gotta get it over to the bodyshop..
