Check out this thread for some information on installing the Sony Ericsson HCB-30 kit. It was pretty easy to install provide that you know which panels you're taking off and how to take them off.

Thanks for offering to help WhooJong but I decided to have it installed professionally and I am so glad that I did.

GX I also did the Sony/Ericcson HCB-30 I have had it sitting around for months because I was going to install on my girls car. She is thinking about selling her car so I decided to put it into mine.

I watched the guy do the install and it looked like a pain in the a**. But the finished product is sweet you can hardly tell that there is a car kit installed the speaker and mic are very well hidden. I will post pics as soon as I get my dig cam charged.

The best thing is that my phone has up to 500 Voice Dial entries and it is all compatible through the BTooth car kit and the kit automatically pairs with the phone as soon as I enter.

Here are some pics. The mic is wired thru the homelink passage from the rear view mirror and the speaker is hidden behind the panel underneath the steering column.

What do you guys think? I got this installed for $30 b/c i send him business through my work

Looks good! Is the control panel hard to push at that location? Mine is basically in the same general area but it's mounted next to the AT shifter facing up. $30 installation fee is not bad at all.
